I'm not sure what you're suggesting. Do you mean:
Email::MIME->create(..., header => [ To => $addr_xs, ... ]);
...as opposed to:
Email::MIME->create(..., header => [ To => $addr_xs->as_string, ... ]);
? Could you elaborate?
