I package Gtk2 with success using -l switch for Gtk2, Glib, GladeXML,
libglib, libglade, intl, libatk, libcairo, libgdk_pixbuf, libgdk-win32,
libgmodule, libgobject, libgthread, ligtk-win32, libpango,
libpangocairo, libpangowin32, libpng12, libpngf.

In the script during runtime I make directories relative to
$ENV{PAR_TEMP} where additional files necessary for gtk+ are being
copied.

PAR version is 0.951.
