Hey all --
This is a request for branch approval and merge.
Today I noticed that Moose::Meta::Role::create() doesn't behave the same way
Moose::Meta::Class::create() does, namely that it doesn't support roles.
Given the docs claim the two create()s are identical (excepting targets),
this sounds like a bug. I've pulled the roles logic
into Moose::Meta::Role::create() and added a test; the new branch is out
at rfc/fix-moose-meta-role-create.
