Permissions for perl module Efl

Hello everybody,

I wanted to ask, whether there is a possibility to transfer the
permissions of Efl to me (PERLMAX: https://metacpan.org/author/PERLMAX).

I see no conflict with EFL since my package name (Efl) uses lowecase
letters, too? Anyway, the EFL module (https://metacpan.org/pod/EFL)
isn't maintained since 2010 and can't be compiled anymore. Therefore it
doesn't make sense to keep this broken package on CPAN.

I already asked Adam Flott for transfering permissions but I don't know
whether I have the right eMail adress and if he got my eMail.
