I’m one of the PAUSE admins.

The first-come indexing permission on Pinto::Remote::SelfContained was assigned to ADOPTME, which indicates that the author / previous maintainer is happy for anyone to adopt it. So I’ve just transferred the first-come indexing permission to BLHOTSKY.
