If you select that, you can pick a tarball and then hit "Reindex". Usually that will do the trick. If not, then contact the PAUSE admins. would probably be a good thing to put in the error email. As it stands now, all it told me was "Please contact modules@perl.org <mailto:modules@perl.org> if there are any open questions.” and "Please report the case to the PAUSE admins at modules@perl.org <mailto:modules@perl.org>”, so I did as I was told.
