     why:

    We are a company based from Waltham, MA and now support Perl Driver
    for Db2. We would like to contribute to the same and support our
    customer. We would need a new PAUSE ID for doing the same as we are
    unable to access earlier ID ibmtordb2. If possible can you provide
    us OWNER permission to module DBD::DB2 as no one from IBM maintains
    this module and has been transferred to us i.e. ROCKET SOFTWARE as
    part of IP deal.
