Do I understand it correctly that OTHER dark sides of CPAN should be
discussed on modules@CPAN.org?

What bothers me about this UI is that it is not self-documenting.

  “To unindex a distribution, drop all permissions on this distribution”

 — how would people DISCOVER this recipe?
