Apache error?

Hello,

I tried to retrieve a html document with LWP and
got some strange results. Manly it is because I use
a byte range for the document. Is there a way to
reset "maxsize" to undef, after I told the user-agent
to retrieve only one byte?

My code:

my $maxsize = 100000;
$maxsize = 1 if (!defined $$ref{CONTENT_TYPE} || $$ref{CONTENT_TYPE} ne
'text/html');

#############################################################
#
# get HTTP header
#
my $url      = $$ref{URL};
my $request  = HTTP::Request->new('GET', $url);
$ua->max_size($maxsize);
my $response = $ua->simple_request($request);

This is what "use LWP::Debug qw(+);" did tell me

GET /themen/erkrankungen/rheuma/dekubitus.html HTTP/1.0
From: ctr@luna-park.net
Host: www.gesundheit.de
Range: bytes=0-100000

HTTP/1.1 206 Partial Content
Date: Fri, 27 Apr 2001 15:00:59 GMT
Server: Apache/1.3.19 (Unix) PHP/4.0.4pl1
Last-Modified: Fri, 20 Apr 2001 09:38:38 GMT
ETag: "ec711-4b4e-3ae0039e"
Accept-Ranges: bytes
Content-Length: 19278
Content-Range: bytes 0-19277/19278
Connection: close
Content-Type: text/html

Any idea how to reset maxsize or how to tell Apche to send
the full document? Should I report this to Apache group?

Thanks

Ulrich
