Hi Gisle,

I implemented your suggestion to have ignored tags/elements passed as
text to the default handler. When used with $p->unbroken_text, it can
give a big reduction in the number of callbacks, whilst keeping the
original text in the output.

I've added a new boolean, $p->filtered_tags_are_text to switch this on.
It's off by default, and the changed version passed the regression tests
fine on my stock RH6.2 system. I've added an extra test for this
function and updated the pod in Parser.xs as well..

I've attached the diff to HTML-Parser-1.22 for your consideration. I can
mail you a tarball, but I didn't want to CC that to the list.
