Rotating Sequences question

Hi all,

I have a question about the Rotating Sequences problem from Terje
(http://terje.dev.webon.net/golf/rot.html). Should the newline at the end
of each input line be discarded, or should it be kept? If it is kept, then
there is a blank line at the end of the output, e.g.
