Veteran golfers have a gentleman's agreement to "submit early, submit often" because a tournament where everyone submits in the last hour is rather dull. Perl Golf newbies, however, are unaware of this agreement, as evidenced by a number of new "super-beginners" submitting their first entry in the last hours of the game. I would like to open for discussion a rule change: the cut-off time for your first entry is 24 hours before the game ends; new entries will not be accepted in the final 24 hours. I think this rule change will make the last day more exciting. Opinions welcome. /-\Thread Next
