TPR(0,1): 50 is broken

The 405th solution submitted to TPR(0,1) was submitted by Ton Hospel with a
score of 49.  He quickly lowered it another stroke to 48.

I had asked Rick Klement yesterday if he thought 50 would be broken.  He
assured me that it would.  I guess now the question will be how *many*
people will get under 50?

I am amazed that the incredible diversity of solutions this tournament is
turning out.  Perhaps it's due to the incredible turnout of players (soon to
pass the century mark).
