Perl Chef web site is live

I'm pleased to announce that I've set up http://perlchef.com/ as a
beacon for Perl and Chef related materials.  In addition to the Perl
Chef repository files, the site has links to the Cooking Perl with
Chef presentation, tutorial and screencast.  Please check it out.
