Looks as if you should join RT#81523 
(https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=81523). If you're able to 
try out and send us Feedback using the current Repository HEAD revision 
from http://repo.or.cz/w/DBD-CSV.git (we enhanced the test because we 
can't reproduce on Mountain Lion).

Looks fine, even if DBI could be newer - but that's not the reason.

Best thing you can do is help us figuring out what really goes wrong.
We don't know what fails and why (Merijn, please correct me if I'm 
wrong), but we're willing to investigate.
