Hrm. Ouch.

Hey, Gnat, this is technically "project management".  Can you do all the
hard thinking on this one? :P

I'll chat to the appropriate people.  However, I have a bad feeling it
might involve UML.  And while I've been known to use words like
"deliverables" and "pro-active", I *will not* admit to knowing what
UML[0] is or does.
