I heard a lot of convincing arguments for this mailing list, so
here it is.

  WORKING GROUP: perl6-modules
  CHAIR: Graham Barr
  DEADLINE: 13 October 2000
MISSION: To develop RFCs on the standard Perl 6 module library.

From the topics suggested so far, I expect this list will cover module
APIs (e.g., fixing the screwup with IPC::Open2 and IPC::Open3's
argument order), proposed new standard modules (e.g., web and FTP),
installation (e.g., suggest a perl6 CPAN design that makes the
equivalent of CPAN.pm easy to write), and so on.

The goal is not to achieve consensus (or fiat) on a hard and fast
design for any of this, but rather to brainstorm on how things might
look in perl 6.

Nat
