Bingo.
Do not expect your sort of voice to be as easily heard here and
hereabouts as those calling forth a brand new, compsci-inspired
language that they nonetheless plan to continue refer to as Perl.
Witness the unabashed support for such B&D constructions as strong
typing, something which Larry said Perl would never have.
There's a lot of reason why this is all happening now, but one isn't
allowed to discuss such. Sorry.
