I haven't yet heard a compelling argument for this list.  I see
mailing lists as supporting design or development of Perl, so I'd
rather see the actual people designing or developing Perl to request
mailing lists when they become needed.  I fear a meta list would
simply be all head-in-the-clouds talk.
