It might be a good thing to take the _very_ short term "spinoff"
lists onto message board. I think it would do a great deal towards
encouraging folks to not spend a lot of time on the concept being worked
on, but get the work done, and get it done right, because everyone is watching.
It could also cut down on e-mails; you could generate an e-mail
with links to the various discussions done that day on the boards, and send
that to perl-all. Of course, a full-text version could-should be accessible
upon request.
This would all be under control of that concept's manager, as to
if it was to go to the board or to email. But it's just a thought -- may
not work at all. :)
