That's creating too much bureaucracy where it really isn't needed, and I don't think anyone wants that. Dick's effort is discrete. The vendor liason position[s] are similarly discrete. If they fall into a general "community relations" banner, then fine. The important part is that we've identified aspects of community feedback that were heretofore ignored with Perl5.
