Good point; but now I think about it, that list pointer should be
in the RFC itself.  Something like "This RFC was first posted to
bootstrap@perl.org in message
<a href="http://www.mail-archive.com/bootstrap@perl.org/msg00599.html">&lt;jdporter-666@min.net&gt;</a>."

That lets people locate the (likely) head of the RFC's discussion.
