I absolutely agree. Sometimes it seems like we are all violently
agreeing with one another :-)
I want there to be at least one place where as much as possible of the
Current Thinking can be reflected. I'm sure there will be other
places. This is good. But we can't rely on those other places to
appear, carry the load, or do the work of writing and checking their
facts (cf. slashdot). So Brian volunteered to be a PR person for
perl6.
The very nature of open source development means there can't be a
dictatorial imposition of unity from above. I hope we'll create
a semblance of unity from below.

yesterday's fear. If anyone was still nervous about it, I hope I've
assuaged your fears.
