I'm reminded of the old management consultant trick of drawing an
organisational chart with the CEO at the top and then turning the
piece of paper upside down. They do this to try and show that the CEO
and management structure are merely there as resources for the
employees at the coal face.

YAS, PR staff and the organisational elements of the Perl Mongers
should be at the bottom as resources to support Perl advocates and 
help them advocate.

However, this as Simon points out is a seperate problem to Perl 6.
However a stable modern version of Perl is yet another resource that
advocates can use to persuade others of the joys of Perl.
