First, you've shown us NO code, so we can't help correct your code.

Second, you should check the error documentation:

  % perldoc perldiag

and look for "Transliteration":

     Transliteration replacement not terminated
         (F) The lexer couldn't find the final delimiter of a
         tr/// or tr[][] construct.

So it sounds like you've used the tr/// operator and failed to close it
