PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - UNSUBSCRIBING FROM THIS LIST

I've gotten about 20 requests at listmast@lists.perl.org asking to
be unsusbscribed from these lists so let me say the following:

listmast@ any domain is not going to reach the person you want or have the
desired effect so lean in and read carefully the following instructions as
i will ignore even the most pitiful of pleas to remove you from lists I
have no administrative dominion over.

YOU MUST UNSUBSCRIBE THE ADDRESS YOU ORIGINALLY SUBSCRIBED FROM!

This list management software isn't clairvoyant enough to figure out that
homer@bobodyne.com is now hsimpson@buzzbuzz.com so cut the computer some
slack and help make your and its life easy.

If you don't remember what this address is LOOK IN THE MAIL HEADER for the
address the list machine sent the list messages to.

Unsubscribing from the list from the subscribed address is very simple:
Send an email to $listname-unsubscribe@perl.org

Unsubscribing from the list from an address other than the address
subscribed:

Send an email to $listname-unsubscribe-john=host.domain@perl.org>

e.g. beginners-unsubscribe-newbie=henge.com@perl.org
to unsubscribe newbie@henge.com from the beginners list.

YOU MUST UNSUBSCRIBE THE ADDRESS YOU ORIGINALLY SUBSCRIBED FROM!

When all hope has left, do not send email to listmast@* send it to the
list owner $listname-owner@perl.org, e.g. beginners-cgi-owner@perl.org

List help is also available via $listname-help@perl.org

Enjoy and remember....

YOU MUST UNSUBSCRIBE THE ADDRESS YOU ORIGINALLY SUBSCRIBED FROM!
