Wx 0.9912 and Alien::wxWidgets 0.61

Hi,

Wx 0.9912 and Alien::wxWidgets 0.61 have been released to CPAN.

In addition to a number of fixes and additions, one of the most 
interesting features is the support within Wx for asserts in release 
build for the 2.9.4 version of wxWidgets.

Binary distribution users have the latest versions available. Via PPMs 
for ActivePerl on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X from the wxPerl PPM

Citrus Perl users have a updated release of Perl 5.16.1 containing the 
updated Wx components.

Citrus Perl also gained a new flavour allowing use of the latest widgets 
and controls on recent Linux distribution releases.
