compiling Wxperl 0.9909 on cygwin

Did anyone succeed lately in compiling WXperl on cygwin. I know cygwin 
is not supported, but I successfully built all prereq, including 
Alien::wxWidgets i'm only stuck with the wxperl.

When i try to make it gives alot of erros such as
RichText.o:RichText.c:(.text+0x3bdcd): undefined reference to `vtable 
for wxTopLevelWindow'


Any help would be welcome
