Binary Citrus Perl with wxWidgets 2.9.3

Hi,

For anyone who wants to dabble without going through the compile, the 
latest versions from http://www.citrusperl.com are available with 
wxWidgets 2.8.12 and wxWidgets 2.9.3.

Citrus has grown a management GUI which is briefly discussed in the 
release announcement at:

Whilst the main reason for the latest release is to get wxWidgets 2.9.3 
some more coverage, the other interesting feature, I think, is that you 
can now create dependent executables for your distribution and ship 
those onwards as part of your Perl install.
