Perl Tip number 0 - Stay Tuned :-)

Hi everyone,

First of all, thanks for all the interest in the Daily Perl Tips.
When I created the list I had no idea it would get this popular.
(there's already almost 2000 subscribers !).

Some people have sent me mail and asked if they did something wrong
since they haven't received any mail. So, if you are
wondering: Nothing is wrong with your mailsetup.

The small group putting together the tips and the
http://learn.perl.org/ site has just been incredibly busy, so we
haven't had time to start sending the tips yet.

But stay tuned, in the coming weeks we will start sending tips! :-)  

The tips will probably not be sent on a daily basis anytime soon,
but just every now and then when we have a good tip worth sharing.
(that was the plan all along, "every-now-and-then-tips@perl.org"
just didn't sound all that great). Better keep the quality than the
volume up. :-)

Please spread the word and tell people to subscribe to the list.
