Plugin rhsbl, hook disconnect returned DECLINED,

Hi

I am getting a bunch of these

24350 running plugin (disconnect): rhsbl
24350 Plugin rhsbl, hook disconnect returned DECLINED

and

24350 running plugin (disconnect): dnsbl
24350 Plugin dnsbl, hook disconnect returned DECLINED,

and

24350 running plugin (post-connection): tls
24350 Plugin tls, hook post-connection returned DECLINED,

messages in my

/var/log/qmail/qmail-smtp/current

I am on Gentoo Linux with qmail 1.03, qpsmtpd 0.82.

If I run htop I also get a bunch of

/var/qmail/qpsmtpd/qpsmtpd/ [61.9.185.108 : [61.9.185.108] : 17:19

processes. Something seems wrong or is is this normal behavior?

The other day qmail-smtp hat to be restarted because it hung itself.
Upto now we had not such problems and all was running smooth.

I am greatful to any hints.
