Re: minimal apache config for qpsmtpd-apache

I've been running on a base apache.  On a few systems I've added php for
tools to browse the mysql db where all the qpsmtpd transactions are stored
(via report.mysql).

I didn't mess with the stock httpd.conf other than to include the
qpsmtpd.conf.  It seems like a minimal config would do well.
