Hi Steffen,

The TAP::Parser encountered a few technological issues for dealing with nested TAP. That's why the specification is that the first line *after* the nested TAP is a summary line indicating success or failure of the TAP block. As a result, TAP::Parser doesn't parse the nested TAP, but the format is backwards-compatible, allowing us to still deliver correct results (this assumes that the "summary line" success or failure matches the success or failure of the nested TAP.
