I note that your Build.PL and Makefile.PL both specify a version of '0'.  Since you don't specify a proper version number, it's possible that there's something outside of Chris' smoke setup which is broken.

That being said, why are you trying to publicly humiliate people by sending this information to Perl-QA? I've contacted Perl-QA to try and find a smoke author before, but not to "name and shame".  That just seems rude.
