This is something I would like Smolder (http://smolder.sf.net) to be able to
handle too. TAP doesn't really support hierarchies right now, but (as others
have mentioned) that can be faked. And if we agree on the right way to fake it,
then we would have hierarchies.

I'd also like to support the tags that thing that Joe McMahon mentioned a while
ago. But the first step is to integrate TAPx::Parser (which wasn't available
when smolder was started) and drop the XML/YAML stuff I was doing before.
