making a tsort subroutine that can be plugged into a program

not being a perl guru I had a lot of trouble underastanding the tsort 
example at;

however with the help of several cups of coffee and some people from the 
linux list I have managed to turn the thing into a little subroutine that 
can be included in a program.

would you like a copy of sub tsort to post with the more erudite 
example that is with the perl power tools.

i am writing an open source pedigree program in perl. maybe i am crazy.
