The only reference to getting ponie I could fine was
http://opensource.fotango.com/software/ponie/downloads and its out of date.
Had to guess at the location of the SVN repo.

  10. Where do I get the code?

Ponie is available via Subversion at http://svn.perl.org/ponie/

	svn co http://svn.perl.org/ponie/trunk/ ponie

or you can download the latest snapshot, updated whenever, at
  http://opensource.fotango.com/software/ponie/snap.tar.gz

PS http://opensource.fotango.com/software/ponie/downloads still talks about
snapshot 1. I'd suggest making a symlink to the latest snapshot and
referencing that throughout the docs rather than (having|forgetting) to
update the docs each release.

Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.
