[S02] clarify * vs *-1 semantics for globbish ops

Globbish ops like .. and xx do not autocurry on Whatever but
do autocurry on WhateverCode.  Also mention that assignment and
smartmatching don't autocurry because they're primitive
pseudo-operators.
