changes to subrule design in S05 have not yet been reflected in PGE.

specifically,
~ aliases of the form <foo=bar>
~ modified handling of <foo: bar>
~ changes to <?foo>

the relevant source is in compilers/pge/PGE/Perl6Regex.pir, in the
parse_subrule sub.

YES. this is not a very detailed ticket. i expect it's life to be short.
