[PROPOSAL] Add tutorial language Squaak to examples in repository

hi,

Currently, the pct tutorial language is "out there", mostly on the
parrotblog entries, and I uploaded a .zip onto the wiki.

However, updating it is now a pain, because I have to recreate a .zip
and replace it on the wiki.
What do people think about adding it in the examples directory? At
first I was somewhat hesitant to do so, as I rather not see grow the
parrot repository too big... (it's already big), but... it would be
quite helpful to store squaak somewhere, so it doesn't get lost.

PS:
On a sidenote, besides a job, I have limited internet access, which
doesn't allow me to connect to irc in the evening :-(
