Following Nicholas Clark:

   bzcat svk-mirror-dump.bz2 | svnadmin load --ignore-uuid ~/.svk/parrot

presumably should be

   bzcat svk-bootstrap-dump.bz2 | svnadmin load --ignore-uuid ~/.svk/parrot

(Although parrotcode.org is denying all knowledge of the file presently...)
