I suppose some of you will have noticed that Parrot development took
quite a bit of a shot in the arm last Thursday and Friday. Over 150k of
source commits happened, and integer PMCs, interpreter spawning and a
bunch of vtable documentation sprung into being.
This is due directly to the generosity of O'Reilly and Associates in
general and Jon Orwant in particular; Jon gave me and Dan S office
space, connectivity and free coffee for a couple of days while I was
over in Boston, and I got a lot of hacking done free from the usual
distractions. (ie. day job.)
Because of the big help this was to Parrot, I hope you don't mind me
saying:
O'Reilly and Associates are cool people; buy their books.
