I withdrew the patch following a lack of response, and some rethinking of my 
own.  On further thought, I believe the SPARC-like register window is a much 
better solution that having separate ops.  (Consider a recursion case, for 
instance.)  

I was in the process of recoding the patch, but it all seems moot now.
