o'reilly seems to have a problem with daylight bofs:
I apologize, however, I cannot change the BOF session "Perl 6 Op Code and
Dispatch Loop" to Wednesday during lunch. BOF sessions are available in
the evenings after Convention sessions and ancillary Convention events have
completed. If you would prefer, however, I can change the BOF session to:
Date: Wednesday, July 25
Time: 8-9 pm
Location: Bel Aire North (West)
Please let me know which you would prefer, Wednesday evening or Thursday
evening, and I will schedule it accordingly.
Additionally, white boards are not a part of the standard speaker setup and
will not be made available in the session room. If you require a
whiteboard, the hotel has them available for rental.
i say we keep it at 12:30 on wed. we can meet at the exhibit hall (which
is where i will be much of that day). then we can find some place to
take over and bof the op code stuff. any other meeting places can be
suggested. i don't want to juggle the time again.
do we want/need a white board? i will be bringing a printout of dan's
op code PDD. should i bring multiple copies?
