This week I did a few misc final bits and pieces for my re_eval work:
* fixed some stuff related to the return value of (??{}), such as
overloading,
* made /msix and (?msix) etc flags propagate into (??{})
* added some more tests
* fixed some warnings
* rebased
Still to do:
* reflect in B::* any changes to structs etc;
* update docs;
* final smoke;
* then merge back into blead.
