I couldn't get lcc to compile at all on Linux, but it did install on
Windows; however, I'm hitting linker issues (it can't find oldnames.lib,
and without that I get a "Program has no starting address!" error).

Seeing how we don't support lcc, I'm marking this as rejected -- If
someone wants Perl to run on that, well, patches welcome : D
