Currently on my equipment I have perl 4.0 running on SunOS 5.6 operating system and I have a perl file I'm trying to use to add a new function on the tool but it keeps giving me errors? Here is the perl script that I'm using to install: Is the problem that the perl file is written in a later version of perl and trying to load it onto a system with perl 4.0? What do you suggest I should do? Is there a way I can change the file so it is compatible to perl 4.0 I'm shying away from installing perl 5 as I'm afraid that it may affect the equipment software is some way and I have little software support from the manufacture as the tool is no longer in production. Any help would be greatly appreciated Rgds, Sinead Sinead Keane Litho Reticle Engineer Intel China (F68) iNet 8 - 9231934 Ph: +86 411 89231934 Cell: +86 18904091934 [cid:image001.gif@01CBF3A2.0F9B0420]Thread Previous | Thread Next
