Release candidate means "this will be perl 5.12.0 unless something is
discovered to be horribly broken" -- so it's definitely not happening
in 5.12.

I think someone (apologies for forgetting who) was considering totally
reworking exceptions in 5.13, including fixing the various things that
Try::Tiny addresses.  I'm for a more comprehensive solution rather
than just papering over the problem.
