It's not a regression from 5.10.1, so I'm inclined not to make it
blocking.

We're all impatient. And we'd all love to see a 5.12.0 yesterday. But
we're not going to see an RC1 until blocking bugs are either fixed or
someone convinces me that a remaining blocker doesn't merit blocking
status.
