[PATCH] Lexical variable name readline completion in the debugger

Hi all,

the first appended patch implements lexical variable auto-completion in 
a readline-enable debugger if the PadWalker module is available.

The second patch simply mentions in Devel::NYTProf as a more powerful 
alternative to Devel::DProg in perldebug.
